This is a document prepared by Provident Title describing the real estate transaction, including the escrow deposits for taxes, commissions, loan fees, points, hazard insurance, and mortgage insurance. You may also hear the HUD 1 referred to as the closing statement or settlement sheet. The sample HUD on this page was created using a sales price of $500,000.00. Please be aware that many of these fees may change based upon the sales price of your property.
